Having lived in Mexico City, São Paulo, London, Miami and Chicago, Kate has an appreciation for eclectic style .  She calls the Upper East Side of New York City home and loves the pre-war charm, vibrancy and diversity of neighborhood. While renovating a pre-war co-op, Kate came to truly appreciate the glamour of the art deco style. As a mother of both children and two dogs, she is also very conscious of ensuring that spaces are designed to be inclusive for all members of a family.
